All lost property is handed in to our Customer Service and Information Centre at Liberation Station. If you have lost something whilst travelling on one of our vehicles, please call us on 44 (0) 01534 828555 – or visit us at Liberation Station. You will need to know the route number of the bus you left the article on, and it will help if you’ve kept your ticket.

We keep hold of lost property for a maximum of 28 days. Perishable goods will be disposed of immediately at the company’s discretion.
Though we do our utmost to reunite items with their owners, LibertyBus accepts no responsibility for belongings left on our vehicles.
If you find lost property on one of our vehicles, please hand it to the driver who will log it with our The Customer Service and Information Centre at the end of their shift.
